How it works
01 — Submit your documents. Send the documents and the recipient’s information through our secure portal, or call 407-228-2656.
02 — We attempt service. Up to four attempts are included at every service level, each GPS-stamped with date, time and location. Many papers are served on the first attempt; the rest are there when they are not.
03 — Track it yourself. Attempt status updates in your client portal as it happens.
04 — Affidavit delivered. Your court-ready affidavit of service arrives within 24 hours of completed service. If service cannot be made, you receive an affidavit of due diligence documenting every attempt — the record that supports your next motion.
Why the affidavit matters more than the knock
Under Florida Statute § 48.21 a return of service must state the date and time process was received, the date and time it was served, the manner of service, who was served, everything served, and the signature. Leave any of it out and the service is invalid — correctable only by application to the court, which means a motion, a hearing, and a unit sitting occupied while you wait on the calendar.

Frequently asked questions
Can I have someone served at their workplace if I cannot catch them at home?
Yes. Under Florida Statute § 48.031(1)(b) an employer must allow a process server to serve an employee in a private area designated by the employer, and an employer who refuses commits a noncriminal violation carrying a fine of up to $1,000.
How many attempts do you make?
Up to four are included at every service level, at no extra charge. In a residential eviction, Florida Statute § 48.183 requires at least two attempts a minimum of six hours apart before the summons may be posted on the property.
Do you handle volume for management companies?
Yes. Volume rates are available for property management companies, community associations and the firms that represent them. Tell us roughly how many serves a month you expect and we will quote accordingly.
What happens if the tenant cannot be found?
You receive an affidavit of due diligence documenting every attempt with date, time and GPS location, which supports a motion for alternative service or additional time. Skip tracing is available at $100 if you need a current address first.
